City's games that matter as of now are Newcastle and Swansea. Arsenal have already achieved their goal, Chelsea can't play for anything and they won't, Stoke and Southampton also aren't playing for anything. Hughes might want personal revenge for City sacking him, come on Sparky!

We play Villa who if we don't beat, Van Gaal will be sacked, I'm sure of it. At this point, if we can't beat a team that literally has NOTHING to play for, then he's lost it. Then we play Palace, Leicester, Norwich and West Ham, all teams that are playing for something. It's not easy in the slightest.

West Ham won't beat City or us to fourth, so I'm not to worried about it. On the face of it, we do have a significantly harder schedule than City based on league position and things left to play for. If we win our home games, Bournemouth, Leicester, Palace and Villa. We beat Norwich and lose or draw to West Ham we'll be on 69 or 68 points, City only need 11 or 12, that means they need to win 3 and draw 2, or if they win 4 out of 6 which is more likely, then we're fucked.

TLDR; Realistically, I don't think we'll get top 4. I don't think we're going to win 5 of our next 6 and I think City will win at least 3, probably 4 of their next 6.

Its good to know your perspective and we struggle against every team that defends and wait for chances to score, and I'm pretty sure that's what Villa, Palace, Norwich and Bournemouth will do. So our fixture is tough only if we're not creative enough whichwearenot

But in regards to Shitty's games, I think Chelsea are in good form and may play for pride?? also they're playing at home too, except for recent Swansea loss they've been unbeaten for sometime. Arsenal might have fear of teams below them catching up so they might fight for points though I'm not counting on them. City play Southampton Away and I believe Saints are trying for European football, Swansea away is also tough game and you can always count on Sigurdson the majestic Icelander to score. Newcastle will definitely put on a fight, I have seen glimpses of it in their last few game though results didn't go their way. Stoke IDK, they are perceived as tough opponent but currently they are not performing well in last few matches.

So we still have a shot at it if we perform well that is.

the thing is our worst games came against our worst opponents this season,we lost 4pts against Newcastle ffs! the Spurs/Arsenal away games are the only big games we were bad in.so i hardly think our remaining games is something to be optimistic about tbh
