Martial is having an excellent debut season, our most exciting attacker at 19 and 20, something special. That being said, he is still young, and this kind of game actually suits him. He is one of our few wingers who actually thrives in an isolated situation with a fullback.

The sky is the limit for someone like him and his head seems to be screwed on right. He has drive to be the best, that's important. I hope he loves it in Manchester a whole lot, because the biggest clubs in the world will be calling in 2-3 years time. We need to get him on an improved deal next year, 100%. It's rare for someone his age to be as consistent as him. Funnily enough, I do think Van Gaal is actually helping him out.

He could be a one season wonder, but I think that's more doubtful at this point. The most important thing is his mentality, he's not exceptionally skilled, but he wants to be the best.
