Regarding English football in the last 30 years

  • Sir Alex joins United (1986)
  • The Premier League (1992)
  • Class of 1992
  • Bosman ruling (1995)
  • Foreign player restrictions lifted in Prem (1995)
  • The world cringes
  • Arsenal go league season unbeaten (2003/04)
  • Porto win the CL under Mourinho which leads to him replacing Ranieri and assembling possibly the strongest English side ever taking Chelsea to the league title (2004)
  • Anderson joins United, the rest is history (2007)
  • City takeover (2008)
  • Liverpool really starting to take the piss at this point after finishing seventh, 20 years after their last title (2009/10)
  • SAF retires and Moyes takes over and United go into a dreadful slump (2013)
  • Monster Sky TV deal for Prem. Relegated team now earns more than Champion of Italy. As a result, smaller teams are now competing for better players such as Payet and Wijnaldum (2015)
  • Ranieri takes Leicester fucking City to the League title, fingers crossed at least (2015)
