Mourinho will give short term success followed by disaster

A manager who doesn't have any proven track record of building a legacy

Mourinho’s teams have never built their success off of their youth academies. He has never gone to a team to built some solid foundations, a legacy for the future.

Inter Milan still suffering from the Jose Mourinho effect. The 6 year decline, Inter Milan have fallen from the days of the treble. The ageing squad Mourinho left behind has done Inter Milan no favours. He brought players at their peak and left it to his successors to deal.

At the time Mourinho left, Inter had the oldest squad on the entire continent of Europe. There was one objective for the Mourinho project “win quickly and get out”. Almost bankrupted Inter Milan on their run to CL. There was no long-term investment in the squad, nothing done to bleed youngsters into the team.

He has done it at Chelsea, too. .He spent a shitload of money at Chelsea. Won the league and then was stuck in the bottom ten, that’s just bad. They were well on their way to the championship. If they only kept him a bit longer they’d be gone now. His transfer dealings have been disastrous. Sold: Kevin De Bruyne, Lukaku, David Luis, Mata, Bertrand, Schurrle. Bought: Cuadrado, Salah, Pedro, and Falcao. His treatment of Eva Caneiro and Loftus-Cheek has been a disgrace.

I would take Pochettino or Simeone or Giggsy over Jose Mourinho any day

Yesterday, Pochettino said he has no reason to leave Tottenham.

Also, Simeone is going to lead Atletico into its new stadium, and then he will likely go and coach the Argentine national team.
