Since it seems likely that Mourinho will take over at the end of season. What would you want his requirement to be and what should be done when if they are not met. For Example top 3 finish in the first season and a cup final. Win the league in two years.

1) Bring in world class players. We have great youth players with Martial, Rashford, Shaw, TFM, etc, but we need world class players in the squad as well.

2) Clear the remaining deadwood. Carrick has to go. Rooney has to go. Mata has to go. Jones has to go. Loan out: Januzaj, Pereira, and Lingard.

3) Top-3 finish the first season and reach the final of FA and Capital One cup, winning one of them.

4) Win the league in the second season, win FA or Capital One Cup, and make a push in the UCL to the final 8.

5) Third year: win the league, FA and Capital One Cup, and reach the UCL final.
