Nuno Luz claims to have a few hints from José Mourinho regarding his next club. Out of nothing, the Portuguese journalist has posted small sentences, some strangely random, about the manager on his Twitter account.

“José Mourinho has just said that in June he’ll be coach at a club where people want him very much”.

“Beans with chorizo, duck rice, codfish and rabbit are the four favourite dishes of Jose Mourinho.”

“In these months when he’s stopped he watches up to five games on a Sunday, now he has time to go to the gym, but he’s already desperate about not working."

The journalist doesn’t say where did he got these quotes from, whether it’s from sources or if Mourinho said it in an exclusive interview. We don’t get why was he talking about food either, it's all very strange.

Mourinho gave a commercial press conference earlier today, and people who watched it have told us he wasn’t exactly saying what Luz has claimed, this is something new. 

Nuno Luz is considered to slightly unreliable by Portuguese football fans, but he's still one of the most influential reporters in Portugal, and it's perhaps unfair to think he'd take the risk of putting words in Mourinho’s mouth.

It's all quite curious. Manchester United fans are used to all different kinds of Mourinho claims and if the former Chelsea manager was referring to the Old Trafford club, then he's right to say he's very wanted - with many United supporters incredibly keen to see him in the hot-seat. 

Manchester United would appear Mourinho's likeliest destination right now, but it doesn't seem the done deal some have claimed.
