We teach our son that there are no bad words. There are just words that are inappropriate to use in certain situations, or in front of certain people. Words we might say at home might be okay for adults to use, but not kids. When youre older, there might be words that are okay to use with friends or family but not around strangers. Other words hurt people so we don't use them at all.

Take 4th edition, it was designer and implemented with almost no input from the customers.

Not trying to be argumentative, but this is a myth that seems to get passed around over and over. A huge raft of consumer surveys went out in the years leading up to 4e. They revealed that players (at that time having had over half a decade of 3.x) wanted more tactical combat, less non-mechanics-based roleplaying, more codified rules, less corner-case rulings, and more class balance.

Players got exactly what they asked for with 4e, and they hated it.

TSR never sold the rights to WotC. WotC bought TSR lock, stock, and warehouse full of moldy product. TSR was facing bankruptcy at that point. Ryan Dancey's account of TSR's final days is fascinating.

If you came in to my place of business with those pages, we'd most likely scan with a margin space added in and then perfect bind it. Spiraling is an option, but not really recommended for something that size.
