Louis Van Gaal Deserves more credit (self.reddevils)

With 3 wins in their last 4 EPL matches, there is no doubt of signs of improvements in the team. But how come anytime the team performs poorly Louis Van Gaal is always crucified. But whenever the team puts up a good performance, his name is never mentioned. The fans always prefer to give credit to players ignoring his tactical influence.

Pardon? They've still not really performed well, the game against Everton was dire. His tactics are outdated and even when he wins a couple of games we're always on the brink of another loss/never feel solid at a time in the season where we can't afford any slip ups. So no, he doesn't deserve more credit.

The football we were playing around December gave me football cancer and PTSD at the same time.

Seriously though, we haven't been playing well, even in the recent wins. If Mou want available this summer I can see why LVG might stay (youth and all) but no way in hell should he stay when we have Mou available. Look at other teams in the league, a lot of good managers so we can't lag behind.

Good results do not equate to good performances. Everton game was a snorefest, City game, city was utterly crap and we didnt even score more. 1-0 against Watford. Bloody Watford at home. LVG deserves nothing more than a thumbs up for doing his job nothing else.

If this guy get's a second season, then we may as well be waving the white flag next season too. How the fuck is it fair if Moyes got sacked for failing top 4, yet this guy apparently will keep his job no matter what... He absolutely must have dirt on Woodward, there is no other sane reason for keeping him.
