Risks and challenges
The challenges I envision are the timing of delivery. My vendors are in place but suppose we successfully fund 200%, this would effect the fulfillment time line depending upon the pledges. I've limited the number of larger pledges and if all sell out then we'll be well past 100% of funding and simply create 2 complete trailers. With 34 first cousins and their offspring I feel confident I can harness a helper or two to run the second trailer with some form of ownership for him/her when the project is complete. Another challenge will be selling at the fairs, I will need help in the trailer and again I plan to rely on the abundance of cousins and more likely their offspring. A busy show with 100's of thousands of attendees over a short 3/4 day window (Taste of Colorado, Taste of Chicago etc) will require a total staff of 3 humans to maximize productivity: one person working the computer/laser; second person working the sales/ordering window; third person bounces to assist with both loading/unloading the laser machine and writing complex orders.
