The rp network had goals!? I thought it was sexual strategy not activism.

The RP subs are all owned by one user, they have final say over everything, and can at any time 'clean house' if they do not like the way things are going. The RPW moderating team could not reconcile things, and instead of sitting back and allowing changes we strongly disagree with to take over the sub we have all worked hard to moderate and shape over the past few years, we made the decision to leave and start again.

I though the male mods were hands off?

Yes, but owning a sub means that at the end of the day, you still hold all the cards. We want to be in full control of how the RPW community operates, and have the ability to introduce useful additions to the community in terms of focus and content. We are still RP. We still agree with RP ideas.

What seems to be part way between mutiny and ragequit probably wont change that...

Disagreements, dismissal, and disrespect were only a concern while we were actively and visibly part of the TRP subreddits. Now that we have an independent sub, their opinions of us are ultimately irrelevant.

We have resigned as mods, created a new space and removed only the work that we contributed in terms of formatting, flairs, threads, the wiki, and sidebar material. We left it as we found it. We just want to go our own way and focus on building a new community.

You made a new sub that is the old sub, you just have more control and now claim to be getting your gospel straight from the source instead of having it tainted by heretics.

None of our ideas have changed. We're still RP, we still want to help women improve themselves and their relationships. We are not obligated to enforce certain policies and practices that we all disagreed with.

It very much comes across that way.

We don't hate RPW, we don't hate RP ideas. Users are not forbidden from posting to the old sub, no one is forcing anyone to change over. The moderating team has plans we want to see come to fruition, and we're making it happen by getting work done. Whether people stay, leave, or participate on both subs will be a decision every user makes for themselves.

As i've said, I've read it, the vibe is from your tactics not your aim/tone.

I'm not sure I understand. We have made every effort to work with and keep the Red Pill Women sub running smoothly. Things reached a point where that no longer became possible. We all stepped down and removed ourselves as mods respectfully and swiftly. No one is slinging sh-t or throwing a fit. We have created a community we are all excited about and simply want to move forward.

I wish you luck in that.

Thank you for the well-wishes. :0)
