So many shallow responses here. So Ninjas in Pyjamas (this team) is playing in a major (one of the biggest tournaments this year) right now. Threat, who actually just is the team's coach, had to stand in for one of the players (pyth) who was denied travel to the US because of visa issues. Threat hasn't played competitive cs in a long time, his job is to make up strategies and tactics for the team and help them with timing, reading their opponent, etc. He hasn't played competitive cs in a long while, yet in some of the games he has been outperforming his teammates, who once were stomping everyone in the professional scene. People haven't been expecting them to do well because of the stand-in, but now they made it to the quarterfinals, something they probably wouldn't have been able to if not for Threat's coaching (NiP were in a big slump before Threat joined), and now he shows that he can do really well as a player as well.
