A question for our German friends on here (self.reddevils)

So, I'm from Germany and beginning of last week I ordered from the United store for the first time. Been supporting the club since '06, but I've been either a teenager or a broke college student ever since so the opportunity just never arose.

Well, last month I had a little bit of extra time at work so I basically had to allow myself the luxury of a Schweinsteiger home shirt! I got confirmation that the article was sent out the 23rd and have been waiting since.

Now, I'm not complaining or anything, but I did not really expect the delivery to take more than 4-5 workdays and I wonder when I should start worrying and maybe contacting support. Is it normal for a package to take this long from the UK to Germany, when did you guys get your deliveries and should I be worried or is this still well in the margin of possible waiting time?

I live in Germany and my order took 3-5 working days after confirmation of dispatch. I guess yours might be stuck in the Easter holiday window. I guess if it is quite overdue you might want to check with support already.

I'm not in Germany but i do have experience of the other way round, items being delivered from Germany to the UK. I've done it a few times and they have always taken between 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Good to hear! That means that I'm still very well within the expected time window here, I guess I just underestimated the time such a delivery usually takes. Thanks for your response!

If it was sent on Saturday then, not including today, it's only been 3 working days. I think you should expect to be waiting a bit longer. Maybe not 'til early next week.

It was sent last wednesday (23rd of march), but you're right actually, it feels like a long time to me since I sent out the order, the actual amount of workdays that have passed since I got the confirmation email are still quite reasonable.
