I dont have much faith that we will kick them out of 4th place to be honest, whenever I feel positive about us going on a run of wins we end up playing crap and losing/drawing. Also I think if we get 4th its a possibility that Van Gaal might stay and I dont want that.

Despite the minor episodes of chaos following a poor result, I genuinely believe we have a cracking sub here, and that's entirely down to the mods. They manage to keep things chugging along nicely, and never overreact to issues the way we all do to a loss. Today's April fools is testament to what a great mod team we have here, thanks guys!

Anybody here from Australia and heard about the house party gone wrong last Saturday night? My friends and I were involved in that, ended up missing a week of work which just so happened to be the week with a few public holidays. On the plus side I got myself a Martial kit for $60 with the April Fools Day sale.

Started a new save recently, but in my last Football Manager save, England went for LVG after Roy retired. They did pretty well, but LVG's time to retire came, so I thought, having won 2 Champion's Leagues as well as the League title, I'd offer my services.

So of course they hired Roberto Martinez

Both Frank Lampard and Jamie Carragher managed Wolves in the Premier League (Frank got them promoted, Jamie got them relegated), Rickie Lambert became Burnley assistant manager, I quit my job, took a sabbatical more or less, got bored and tried to get my old job back when they sacked Luis Enrique (Utd), but lost out to Simeone, so took over Brighton and managed to sign 33 year old Wayne Rooney on a free.

Unfortunately didn't get into some of the universities I was really hoping to get into and thought I had a good shot for in the US, but I got all my offers from UK and Australia although conditional so not all bad. Just need to decide which offers to choose now. At least the break is over now.

Got with some girl ages ago and messaged her smashed one night while spooning my m8.

She started messaging back and i was too nice to just cut it off, plus ti was refreshing to talk to a bird that doesn't just talk about the Kardashians and TOWIE.

Anyway, 3 months went by and i'd got with her a few times on nights out, but never made any sort of move sober. I didn't really want to tbh. Then her mate comes up to me on a night out, "It's X's bday today have you messaged her?" I hadn't. She takes my phone, messages her and also fucking asks her on a date.

It's tomorrow.

I'm looking forward to it tbf since i'm pretty confident blah blah blah, but fuck me this could have been avoided and i could have saved like £70 tomorrow night if i'd just have had the balls to ignore her haha
