Pre-cooling
Pre-cooling is immediately done after arrival at our premise to cool down heated
temperature inside the cartons.

After pre-cooling,to read temperature in the cartons to make sure an optimum temperature is reached.

Palletized Aqua pack & dry pack cartons are lifted up to refrigeraterd trucks.
     
 Shipment of Aqua pack ready for shipment(4 in one bundle) in cold room.

  Shipment of dry pack ready for shipment in cold room.

 Refrigerated trucks ready to depart to our nation wide customers. 
For longer vase vase life & inspection. 
     
 Hydration of Flowers
Most of flowers are hydrated by presevative as soon as possible.
when flowers arrive at our factory.
RE-packing
Some flowers and cut leaves in bulk are inspected and re-packed.		  Flowering roomes
Vase life of flowers are checked in this room under international standards of test condition.Test results are reported pack to the suppliers for improvement.

  Aqua pack
Even carton falls down,chanced of split over of preservative water in Aqua pack is very slim.
