Why are these fraudsters still around? They are trying get as much money as they can from people without delivering a product that they announced over a year ago. They are probably not planning to deliver and just see how much peoples money they can keep without having to hand over refunds.

I met with Saygus during MWC16. They had some engineering samples to show me. They are not ready to ship at all in my opinion, mainly because of the software. They still haven't decided what skin they'll use (if any) .

But they still informed me that they'll ship devices around the end of March/early April. Let's hope they hit their target, but I have many doubts.

Apart from the Snapdragon 801, I don't have a problem with all the other specs at all, and the changes are welcome (they spoke to me about those changes as well). But it will all be useless if this device never hits the market, which I think is a very likely scenario.

The only way they are able to ship by the end of March is if they froze the spec sheet. Instead, they're adding and changing features still.

They are not shipping next month, period.

Im surprised they let them into the event. There are alot of people who spent money they didn't really have, on a phone that still isn't out over a year later.. Thats atleast a legal grey area. Now adding new functionality like Hooli.. Seems like a cheap trick to keep investers from pulling money for another month or two. If they charge a penny more than 300 they are doa at launch if they ever even do release the thing.
