This guy is not a vegan. I doubt he ever was. You don't just go from hating animal exploitation to eating steak because it looks yummy.

He's never struck me as someone who was vegan for animals. All his videos are weird woowoo videos about cleanses, "what temperature to drink water at" and other weird obscure "nutrition info."

Like he actually thinks drinking water at different temperatures does something.

I've heard people say that drinking ice water shrinks your stomach so you don't eat as much, but that's it.

I've heard drinking ice water makes your body think it is cold and you sweat a little more, which is why you should drink room temperature water while you exercise

Maybe it's just me, but this is totally fucking absurd. I've slipped before, I'm sure a lot of us have. I LOVED pepperoni pizza when I was omni. A year into being vegan I was drunk at a bar talking with a cute girl, she wanted to go get pizza. Sure. She was being sexy and said "two pepperoni, please" to the guy at the counter. I should've stopped her, but I didn't. Moment of weakness. It all swept me up happening at once. I regretted it immensely and it really shook me up for a few days.

But this guy just goes "I guess I'll eat a steak today" and goes, buys the steak, gets home, prepares it, and then sits down and films himself eating it? He was never vegan. He ate plant-based, which is NOT the same. This makes me feel gross.

I am assuming that he's needing more views on his videos, or his number of followers was dwindling. This is the first of his videos that I've ever watched, and it feels like a big ol' publicity stunt.

Also, if he was truly vegan for 9 years, he must have had one hell of a stomach ache after that :/

(I couldn't even get half way through because his chewing was so loud that it was making me sick)

He has done a follow-up video saying he felt fine after and had tons of energy..

He has actually lost a ton of subscribers. 84 over the last few videos he's made.
