Its not misogynistic its realism. Fact big scary man does a better job in security than a flimsy female who runs a the frist sign of danger. What the fuck was the point of her even working there and getting paid. Same goes for firefighters no it doen not make sense to lower the standard training requirements so that woman can join. If your mother is trapped in a burning house who do you want to save her a big dude who can lift twice his body weight or some chick who they had to lower the standard for in order for her to join.

Edit: men are on average are physically stronger than females. And in jobs that require strength and or intimidation it makes sense that men fill those rolls.
