Wine doesn't emulate a specific version of windows, and for that matter doesn't emulate it at all. It can claim to be any version XP to 7, though.

As for the accusation I feel brewing, you do realize you can install Steam on Arch, without Wine?

Wine presents a Windows XP environment by default I believe, so that is a bit of a giveaway, as well as the rendering of text, as /u/zpzapper said.

The font rendering and the fact you set it up to give a message and flex your Arch install is a dead giveaway you're using wine. Wine uses certain components from different versions of windows (directx etc.) that you can choose from. Depending on the way steam checks your operating system it is stupid easy to break for le upvote points.
