a bit of help please....

first i'd like to thank you for every thing you have done, second i want to ask for a help, you see i just torrent this VN from nyaa and i already install it, and patch it with the update you give i also have change to japannese locale but the Vn won't start, it opens and... crashed. so please help and thx btw!
