I knew Quentin in my Boy Scout troop. He became an Eagle Scout, but in January 2015 he was charged with the murder of his roommate with a hammer over Bitcoin/US Money. His case went through several courts(he claimed he was held at gunpoint), and he was going to go to court in April of this year, but Friday morning he crashed his car. He was dead at the scene. Another passenger of 20 years was in the crash, but she's expected to survive. It is not known if the crash was caused by him committing suicide, drunk driving, or another reason.

I read a couple articles about his criminal case. Do you know if there was evidence he was restrained? Was a gun found in the apartment? Sorry about your friend. Sounds like the last year may have been pretty stressful.

The article says he was arrested for criminal weapon possession, I assume it was the gun? And the police thought it was his, while he claims it was from the roommate?

The comment he was replying to said suicide was a possibility. That's not necessarily jumping to conclusions, as it is expanding on one of many given explanations.

That's the only part of the sentence that matters, bro. Everything else after that goes into the "if" of it all. Still just expanding on a possibility. Because if it was a suicide, then fuck him. See how that works?

I said "if" that was a suicide. OP suggested that suicide is one of the possibilities being considered. Also, just a few weeks ago, we saw another guy, Aubrey McClendon, intentionally commit suicide using this same method after being indicted.

So? If the guy drove suicidally with another person on board, then fuck them. If there is a hell, i hope he has a pitchfork in his ass, if he did it intentionally.
