The apartment features a huge library of manga comics, old school games, and a region free Blu-Ray player for my international Otaku friends to enjoy!
It's located just minutes away from Akihabara - Japan's largest electronics district and the world headquarters for Otaku, Manga, and Anime pop culture.
Guests will have access to the whole apartment unit and all amenities in it. Read all the manga, play all the games, drink all the coffee and tea, use all the shampoo, you get the idea. Just don't take anything home with you and please keep it clean.
I will try to meet and check in my guests in person or have a friend go on my behalf, but there may be times I'll ask you to check yourself in.
I will be able to communicate with you via the airbnb text messaging, other chat apps (such as (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), LINE, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)), and will also be available for calls during the day (I work on weekdays so I may not be able to pick up right away).
Akihabara is great for shopping. You won't find a bigger and better selection of electronic items, otaku & anime pop culture anywhere in Japan or the world for that matter! It's also extremely easy and cheap to use the train system in Tokyo.
There are 6 major trains running in the area - all within 5 minutes' walking distance. Taxis are also very easy to find.

You can find lots of great restaurants - from fast food all the way up to fine cuisine, bars, and convenience stores close by and trust me, you'll have a HUGE choice to select from! Tell me what you want to eat and I can give you some suggestions too!
House Rules
- No children under 6 years old. I have some rare manga comics and I'd hate to argue about rips and tears after check out. Please understand.
- No smoking (except on the balcony with the windows closed)
- No pets
- No loud noises after 10PM (especially when playing games late at night)
- Please don't take home any of the manga or games I have. If you want it, tell me and I can either
A) show you where you can get it,
B) find a copy and try and get it to you before you leave, or
C) buy a copy and ship it to you.
- Please try and keep the room clean and treat everything as if it were your own.
Check In Time is after 15 PM.
Check Out Time is before 11 AM.
If you need an early check in or late check out, check with me before booking the room.
- I will charge 7000 yen for each lost set of keys. (Sorry, but the keys used in this unit are expensive)
- I will charge 20000 yen if you lose or break (beyond repair) the portable WiFi.
