Will this fuck with his training camp, assuming the fight still goes down?

He can always do push ups in his cell and pick fights with others for some sparring.

We might be looking at No legal issues Jon Jones added to the list along Motivated BJ Penn, Sea level Cain and Full camp Mendes.

It'd be great if they added that to his next contract.

Don't forget about energy efficient Conor!

Not really, taking a few days off is nothing and his camp can change to suite his legal needs.

Probably not. I'm sure he's still working out as hard as possible in his cell. Push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks and all those basic workouts. As long as he gets out within the next 8 days it shouldn't mess him up too bad.

Yes. Body weight and body resistance workouts are the staple of a championship MMA camp.

Lol probably not, but it's the most he can do. There's no heavy bags or weights to lift in jail. That's prison stuff. The only thing he can manage now is very basic workouts and shadow boxing. The point I'm trying to make is he's probably not just sitting there. As I type this he's probably doing some type of workout.
