I think he will be successful as a manager if given the chance.
Sometimes more than a great manager with a lot of fame and trophies, what you need if someone who is really motivated and determined to see a team doing well, and I see that in Ryan Giggs. He may not have the best experience and may have not managed any top flight team but by being the assistant manager for almost 3 years now, he surely knows how to manage a team, how to stand by it when they're not performing and more importantly over these years as assistant manager, he's learnt what not to do wrong. All great managers once started off as amateurs without any professional experience, and Giggs has already learnt a lot in the last 3 years and will learn a lot and improvise the team if he's given the chance. If you want to see United to play the "Fergie-Way" again who better a manager to do it, than a person who's played under him for practically his entire career and devoted all his playing days and even his time after that to a club he would love to take over one day and bring it back to the top.
