Basically, affirmative action is a set of laws that create things like quotas for how many minority groups must be hired and working in the workplace. Blacks will often get hired at predominantly white workplaces and slack off/call off, etc. because they know they can't be fired unless they do something illegal, or become more unprofitable than it would be to go through the processes of removal and rehiring. And because in so many non-skilled jobs, there isn't great pay, they don't mind getting fired, because they can just collect unemployment for 6 months, which, in my area, is $425/week.

And of course, all the hardworking blacks that can't find a job have it even harder, because so many of their people are in jobs that they should have been fired from, so once the quota is met, employers just stop hiring them, for fear that they too will slack off.

One of the many reasons we need to work towards something like ethnostates if we want liberty.

wao.

so the "process of removal/hiring" is a expensive process?
i understand that it takes time and that cost, but if it was an easy process and the end result could be a professional workforce. that would negate the expense. the risk of getting the wrong guy is always there, but if they can't do the job then they don't get to keep said job. no judge by color or iq, but by being able to do the job at hand.
In OPs case it went to her head, she harassed people to impress her timetraveling friend. not just abuse of power, but in public space and in front of peers. she is not welcome on my boat.

Is there a economic aspect to comply with affirmative action?

Well, if you don't have really good reasons for firing someone, your unemployment insurance rates, as an employer, go up, as I understand it. Also, you need to commit human resources to finding new applicants, conduct interviews, do training, etc. It's a really big cost-benefit analysis to employers.

Not sure what you mean. There's no economic efficiency in affirmative action. But we have to follow it, because, if we don't, we either get fines or could potentially serve time.
