Roy Keane's performance against Juventus in '99 is the very definition of a captain's performance. I would like to know how many other such great individual performances have Man United captains cherished the fans with.

I don't know if it is possible to compare Evra with the likes of Keane, Cantona and so on. But i think the following games after the Suaréz incident, and in general how he handled the incident shows true spirit, leadership and the right mentality - Which we for sure have been lacking since he left. I will always miss Patty.

Bobby Charlton 1968 European Cup Final

Most of Cantona's performances in the final few months of the 1995-96 campaign, especially the FA Cup Final against Liverpool. That title was won by Cantona and Schmeichel.

Robson in the 1990 FA Cup final and 1991 Cup Winners Cup Final.

Essentially any Keane performance in the years 1999-2002. He was amazing in his prime.

Steve Bruce against Sheffield Wednesday in 1993.

Bryan Robson vs Barca 1984 in the old European Cup Winners Cup QF. Robbo scoring twice as we overcame a 2-0 deficit from the first leg. Legendary performance.

I still miss Patrice and one moment of passion I can't forget is his lazer against Bayern in the CL.
