Help break my cradle Catholicism, puhleeze. (self.conspiracy)

So, I grew up Catholic, stopped attending in my teens and 20s, and only was renewed in my interest based on stuff I had read here. 6 months ago, I was convinced that religion was a literal truth, that Catholicism was the lone wolf against Freemasonry and Zionism. That the secrets of Fatima were revelations from Mary about TPTB.

I tried to be devout. I tried to accept some ideas, that now I can't even imagine. I tried to walk their damn walk, but at the end of the day, my conscious won. (Oh the irony that's how you can dodge Catholic teaching, to not violate your own soul truth...)

More and more, I see the Vatican threat. The similarities between DC, the Holy See and London are terrifuckinfying. The discord among Catholics about Pope Francis being the Antichrist doesn't seem so absurd anymore.

Where do I start? I'd prefer books or websites to YouTube videos. I have never studied philosophy either, which I think might help me break free, as well.

Any awesome posts here on the subject that you could share? Sometimes the exchange of viewpoints and questions do more to educate me, than a straight reading.

The discord among Catholics about Pope Francis being the Antichrist doesn't seem so absurd anymore.

The notion that anyone could be the Antichrist is what's absurd. Equally absurd to someone actually being a Sith Lord.

You've been brainwashed from birth. Breaking brainwashing is hard, especially when it starts so early and lasts so long. I don't know how to do it. But if you really want to break it, you might find help from others who have done it successfully themselves at /r/atheism. Good luck.

You think Project Blue Beam wouldn't do the Antichrist vs Jesus battle? Everyone here claims its going to be an alien invasion simulation, but if the triad of evil includes the Vatican, wouldn't the ultimate conjob play out that the Church was always the one true church?

And I could never be an atheist, because I still hold the belief in spiritual realms. I've have several supernatural experiences. Most "atheists" I encounter aren't actually atheists, but people with personality disorders that accept no authority but their own ego. I can totally accept the agnostic label, but never atheist.

Probably best to start with something like E.C. Knuth's 'Empire of the City'.

Maybe also Alexander Hislop's 'The Two Babylons'.

What are you looking to get out of the recommendations? You could go down a lot of rabbit holes: the Gnostic gospels, the order of the Essenes, relation of religion to sacred geometry/astro-theology/astro-archeaology, present day corruption, secret societies. So much stuff.

Here's a tidbit. Probably take you places you prefer not to go, but DHHS and National Center for State Courts, among others, are funneling federal funds for incentvised destruction of families....child abuse, domestic violence etc. What's odd/creepy is a portion of the funds going through Office of victims of crimes.

Now why, would archdiocese in Ct.be payee on 2 million annually, in federal funds through fatherhood.gov? Also, Catholic charities is single payee for a NGO in several states.dhhs funds= cps

So....if you put that all together, you find an international child trafficking ring. It's more complicated, not well documented, but should raise concerns....

Thousands of known children, all over the world, and mothers have to sign a NDA to get child support, kids are denied the knowledge of thier paternity, and often the priest either is relocated, or is married to a widow/divorced woman, to deny the child any rights to paternal inheritance, because of the sticky gray area of if an ordained priest conceives a child (which they believe only the holy spirit can bring life, not just random eggs and sperm, and nothing happens without God's will, right?....) is the Church responsible for the upbringing of the child. It also throws a wrench into their gay marriage views, because how could the bride of Christ (the Church itself) be a father?

But when I first fell into the reddit rabbit hole (thanks, Boston bombing...), everything people were posting about Satanism led me to question good and evil. If TPTB really worship Satan, then God must exist. That led me to reading the Catechism.
