So weird to give my nanny state government complete and total control over my life. So weird to turn in my weapons (along with the rest of my countrymen) to the government.

You guys must really and truly have good faith in your Aussie government. Your politicians must really and truly care about the Australian people for you to willfully disarm yourselves like that.

We here in America have a corrupt, tyrannical, anti-American regime that illegally spies on us, panders to its corporate masters and looks for new ways to destroy our god-given Constitutional rights.
