Now looks at the skinny-ass beta in the background. Watch him try to bond with his companion over what he just saw, and completely screw it up. He isn't disapproving. It doesn't matter that he wears a silly costume and sells ice cream for a living. Because right there, in that moment, he is in control. He plays with her, not like one child plays with another, but like a cat plays with a ball of string.
