AskTrumpSupporters 内の maga9885 によるリンク Legalizing Internet Poker - Mr Trump's Stance?

[–]raider02 2ポイント3ポイント  (0子コメント)

www.bovada.lv

That's the site I use in the US and I've never had a problem. Contrary to popular belief Internet Poker is only explicitly illegal in Washington and Louisiana, everywhere else operates in a legal gray area. FullTilt and PokerStars were prosecuted under the Wire Act in the mid-2000's, they never admitted guilt they just ceased US-money based operations. This made online poker sort of illegal, although not explicitly. That was until 2011 when the DoJ released an opinion that the Wire Act should only apply to sports betting and not to Poker and a Federal Court in New York formalized this by classifying online Poker as a skills game rather than a betting game. So for now, you can very easily play online Poker in the USA but you need to be careful. As I said before it's a very shaky legal scenario so it's best to keep only as much money as you're prepared to lose in a Poker server. I've never lost any money and Bovada uses direct deposit/withdrawal from my checking account but I'm always reluctant to leave more than ~$500 online.

Edit: After reading your post again I'm wondering if you're a professional player, if that's the case, I wouldn't recommend coming home just yet.

AskTrumpSupporters 内の weekend_at_bernies によるリンク How would a temporary ban on Muslim immigration help us "figure out what's going on"? And what does that even mean?

[–]raider02 7ポイント8ポイント  (0子コメント)

Look at it like this, Norway didn't screen any migrants entering their country and crime throughout Norway skyrocketed. Sexual assaults in Oslo increased by 90%. Norway's government then decided to deport all criminals and anyone found to have ties to extremist organizations. All told, they deported about 900 people last August. Of course, the leftist majority of Norway was up in arms about the deportation until crime rates dropped a remarkable 30%. "Temporary Ban" is really an awful choice of words to describe what Donald Trump is proposing. Screening Process would be more apt because he simply wants to screen people before they come in. Europe should be our example, they didn't bother to check who was coming in which opened the doors to a lot of unsavory people.

Beautifully written but as soon as someone says "Capitalism is no longer necessary" that's where the argument with me normally ends. Here though, I think you make some good points. I resent the notion that Trump doesn't want to address wealth inequality. Can a rich man not also be compassionate? You'll see stories on the Front Page almost daily about secret summits of billionaires and GOP elite plotting to stop Trump. What you don't see is any thoughtful analysis and all it takes is one question. Why do these billionaires want to stop Trump? Are they truly giving and caring men? Tim Cook who outsources his labor to slaves surely has loftier intentions than protection of his own obscene profits. Can it be that Trump, the most vilified candidate in history, is actually going to fight and change the status-quo?

AskTrumpSupporters 内の [deleted] によるリンク Trump clearly isn't racist. So who is?

[–]raider02 5ポイント6ポイント  (0子コメント)

blanket statements about over a billion people.

I'll just leave this here., this is a Pew survey by the way. We must assess the potential dangers posed by these migrants, this is the age of asymmetrical warfare and we saw in Paris that our enemies believe the world is their battlefield. We must properly screen all refugees attempting to enter our country to avoid a Trojan horse scenario. We also must be wary of the cultural differences between our two societies. These are migrants coming from a region with neolithic cultural norms in their treatment of women, homosexuals, and dissenting thought. We must never allow our society's progress to be undermined by those we open our gates to. This is a fact that the left doesn’t understand, their good-natured accommodation amounts to nothing more than appeasement. Appeasement is not the way to win a culture war and make to mistake the west is engaged in a culture war. Gone are the liberal values that were once the hallmark of western society, now we live in a world where leftist pundits say that cartoonists deserved what was coming to them for daring satirize a religion. A world where German leaders have cited rape victims clothing choices as an exacerbating factor in their sexual assault’s. This is not okay. We must never let the pervasive force of political correctness obscure our better judgement nor shake the liberal bedrock of our society. It’s very easy to call Trump awful names for calling for a temporary halt on Muslim immigration but deep down, you know it’s the wisest choice.

What about the KKK member who endorsed Trump?

David fucking Duke, holy shit, it's almost willful ignorance at this point. I'm glad you cited John Oliver btw, really credible source there. The Tapper interview was on a Saturday and yes, it looked pretty shitty. So shitty that it dominated the news for the next 72 hours. Trump almost immediately issued a more concise disavowal after the interview went viral and said that his earpiece wasn't functioning properly during the interview. I know, excuses, excuses. I would have called bullshit as well if I hadn't watched the press conference the day before where Trump was first asked about Duke's endorsement. You tell me if this is good enough. The shitty thing here is this was a massive press conference, this was when Christie first endorsed Trump. It was live on CNN, Fox, and MSNBC but as soon as Tapper got a garbled response they seem to have lost the footage of this. It's either poor journalism or deliberately misleading, its' shameful either way.

I think you'll find that he called for a temporary ban on Muslim immigration. After what happened in Paris and what is happening in Europe right now, I think it'd be hard to defend mass-open immigration from Muslim nations.

I sail a lot and was on a night watch with a buddy of mine. It was relatively quiet so he told me to crash out in the cockpit and he'd wake me if he needed me. I woke up about an hour later and remarked that it'd been good to get some rest. He said that we'd almost had a collision with a shrimper who wouldn't get on his radio (for the unfamiliar shrimpers tend to trawl in large circular patterns ignoring other mariner's right of way). He handled it well but was shocked that I slept through his frantic radio calls and an emergency jib.

Exactly, I feel like too many career politicians go through their careers checking the boxes so to speak. Do you think Rubio wants to be a Senator? He sees it as a stepping stone to something bigger. Hillary is the same and her dismal record as a Senator and Secretary of State speak volumes to her "dedication" to the American people. I disagree with Sanders' positions and doubt they would work but I believe he truly has the best interests of Americans in his heart. That said, the path to hell is paved with the best intentions.

There's a lot of similarities. Sanders and Trump both have found their support among those of us who are fed up with our inept, corrupt government. Both have spoken vehemently against corrupt campaign finance issues which many Americans feel are robbing their voice in government. Both support universal access to affordable health care, I'm sure you're familiar with Sanders' plan but here's Trump's which was released last week. Both support making higher education more affordable. Sanders of course has gained attention by promising free college, a controversial position. Trump has never wanted free college but has spoken at length about the unfair student loan system and the crushing debt that graduates are faced with, he's said "Student loans are one thing the Government should not be profiting from". They both are committed to improving the life of the American worker. Sanders wants to raise the minimum wage, a plan that many doubt will work. Trump wants to ensure that Americans don't lose their jobs, he plans to do this by fighting to keep businesses in the United States and opposing wonton misuse of the H1-B visas which lead to situation like we're seeing at Disney. Also when it comes to workers security, both Sanders and Trump are outspoken critics of trade agreements like TPP, TTIP, and the TISA. Both Sanders and Trump are also advocates for women's health, unsurprising from a Democrat but Trump is the only GOP candidate who has praised Planned Parenthood's work and sworn never to defund them. They are both strong advocates for Veterans as well who have sworn to drastically overhaul the VA. Ultimately, the difference lies in implementation. Sanders has made a movement by calling himself a socialist. There's nothing wrong with that but the record of history has made it abundantly clear that there is no greater productive force on earth than a capitalist free-market economy. They both are fighting for the best interest of average Americans. Bernie believes that the government should provide for you. Trump believes the government should fight to make sure you can provide for yourself. Above all they both want to burn the corrupt establishment to the ground.
