The first amendment stops the government from creating laws that infringe upon the exercise of speech and religion in the United States. Barring foreigners from obtaining visas does no such thing. The authority already exists to bar any class of aliens for any reason and the courts have ruled that immigration policies can be much more restrictive than laws for citizens. We banned communists from immigrating for decades, the courts ruled there was no problem there.

Islam doesn't offend people, Islam brings terror, and murders thousands of people. Muslims stay home until they stop doing that.
