She's plugging her most recent book, Heretic: Why Islam Needs a Reformation Now. I haven't read that one but her first book Infidel was great.

These books should be available at any decent local library.

The West has lost their moral compass. Christianity is in decline in most of the west and Leftism is becoming an increasingly popular substitute for "religion" in the West. The result of this is a lack of babies and a sudden need to "Fix" a demographics problem. The solution Europeans are trying is to import massive numbers of religious Muslims. The most conservative Muslims in Europe have more kids, and Muslim populations in general are resisting assimilation. The secular period of Europe will prove to be very short in the grand scheme of things. It's simply going to become Islamic instead of Christian.

I recommend reading "America Alone" by Mark Steyn.

There's a solution to Europe's demographics problem that doesn't involve turning it into an Islamic continent by the end of the century. Europeans need to return to their Christian roots and stop being so secular.

Your flag and this conversation remind me of my Italian immigrant neighbor, who made a giant sign that said "CORNUTO" and put it on his lawn and who wore deer antlers while mowing his lawn. His neighbors across the street are assholes and the guy is literally a cuckold.

It was a great speech. You've got to support Israel over the Palestinians, who in Gaza democratically elected Hamas.

There's nothing wrong with the reconstruction amendments.

The framers knew that the world would change. That's why they put the document together in the way that they did. Rights that are not federal go to the states or the people, plus if something needs to be changed they gave us a way to amend the constitution. This process is difficult by design and the "progressive" left of course has found it much easier to just stack to court with activists.

BTW a lot of the activists favorite amendments were done after the framers were dead. They seem to love the reconstruction amendments most of all.

They are without a doubt ideologues. They treat the constitution as a "living" document and find ways to apply it to things that the framers never intended it to apply to. Judges like Scalia and Thomas are about ideal. You need to respect the intent of the law.

Ted Cruz is as austistic as they come. He'd be a very reliable originalist. Ideologues don't belong on the Supreme Court yet we have Sotamayor, Kagan, Ginsberg, and Breyer. We need people who respect the intent of the law and Ted Cruz is one of them.
