This is nice to hear, seniors helping the youngsters, this is how its supposed to be and great its reality. I can imagine it being very tiering and a blast for the youngsters.

Blind might be still young(in terms of age) but he seems so mature and intelligent. Really impressed so far with Blind. He had so much slack from the ajax supporters in hes earlier career there and here he is at Man United, our first choice CB.

Blind is captain material IMO.

This, yes. In the match against shitty, after Rashford cramped himself, you could see him tell Rashford to push on, just two minutes left!(was more like 6 minutes but it did the job, Rashford even pulled out a sprint at the end there)

Big clubs are famous for not giving young players a chance, but Van Gaal proved that he doesn't do that. He always looks at the young players and has been very important for me. If I want him to stay? Yes, of course Fosu-Mensah about Giggsy and Butt: They always give everyone advise, they know everything about the club , how you feel at certain moments and what is going wrong and right.

getting us a corner in the process and good times to waste

He's consistent, versatile and good enough to be a regular feature in the XI. Is an intelligent defensive organiser (think Neville), speaks fluent English and I liked the heart he showed when he shoved Aguero into the corner flag. Maybe one day.

The only thing stopping him would be if he can get into the side as first choice much more often than not under another manager and if so, he definitely seems like he could lead the side in a calm way.

He's still got time of course so hopefully he improves enough to always be a feature and more even. Seems like he loves playing for us too and does have some grit to him in a way.

He's just not technically gifted enough to be a first choice player. We already have a better left back, and you have to believe we can sign better centre backs and central midfielders. Like him a lot but it's not destined to be more than a squad role.

I have to disagree, i think he is perfectly technical capable for a centre back. Calm on the ball, might be a bit one footed, great passing skills. He is a bit slow but i havent seen him get pushed around that much lately, guess he improved in strength. Ofcourse there are beter CB's out there but im quite satisfied with how he is been handling his job.

Glad to hear he's staying grounded. Good to hear that the veterans are helping out the younger players, as well. It's a necessity for a team to be successful.

made his first full 90 minutes at Centre-Back (1-0 win)

This is a confusing article, didn't he come on in the '84 minute for Darmian?

Think it might be a mistake in translation. He was subbed on vs arsenal west brom and city, whilst making a full 90 mins vs watford. I just read the article and they say:

Manchester United's Timothy Fosu-Mensah was subbed on versus Arsenal, West Brom, and City whilst in between completing a full 90 minutes against Watford as Centre-back (1-0 victory).

Ill translate the entire article, but its the summary of OP rather than the article which is confusing
