I agree with everything you said, and I'd also like to add that it's a lot easier for fans to be forgiving of queens like Laganja and Phi Phi (young, conventionally attractive queens, with modern drag styles and standard norms of expression) than a queen like Jasmine (old school queen in terms of look and performance, who's a bit "hood" and uses a lot of AAVE in her expression). It's superficial and petty as fuck, but fact of the matter is that it's much harder for a queen like Jasmine to make herself palatable to the masses when people possess such harsh biases. All of these queens may have have been portrayed unfavorably on Drag Race, but I don't think it's accurate to say that they were all on equal footing in terms of their potential to redeem themselves in the eyes of fans.
