A federal judge in Portland, Oregon Monday ordered the unredacting of Jake Ryan's name in the most recent indictment related to the armed takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge earlier this year.
According to the indictment, Ryan faces weapons charges.
He is also accused, along with Sean Anderson, of using "heavy equipment" on the land to damage "an archaeological site considered sacred to the Burns Paiute Tribe."
Over the weekend, the Facebook group Bundy Ranch posted that the FBI had arrived in Plains, Montana to arrest Ryan.

The group said the local sheriff had "held off the rest for nearly a week because his conscience is bothered" but he was not ready to stand up to the FBI.
There have been posts on social media stating that Ryan will not be arrested peacefully and inviting people to go to his home in Montana to help
Jeannete Finicum, whose husband LaVoy ws shot and killed when he reached for a gun during a traffic stop that saw other leaders of the occupation arrested, posted a message saying Ryan's family had decided:
"The arrests stop here."
