My wife has started making Sriracha Red Devil(ed) Eggs for Gameday. Has become our delicious tradition for United games.

Recipe. My wife says she doesn't know the proportions specifically, but this is a close approximation one.
Ingredients:
6 hard boiled eggs.
1 tablespoon mayonaise
1 tablespoon Sriracha
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard or squeeze of dijon mustard
salt to taste
Directions:
1) Boil the eggs as you normally would. Here is how my wife does it - Get water to a rolling boil, and use an egg pricker to prick uncooked eggs (http://www.amazon.com/RSVP-Endurance-Stainless-Steel-Piercer/dp/B00BR4GX86/), boil eggs for 13 minutes, dump out hot water. Pour in cold water and add several handfuls of ice and let them cool completely (makes easier to peel I guess).
2) Cut eggs in half lengthwise; place egg yolks in a small bowl. Mash yolks with a fork; stir mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and dry mustard or dijon mustard; season with salt.
3) Spoon yolk mixture into a resealable plastic bag; snip off one corner of the bag (this is for easy serving, makes it into a squeeze pouch; you can also spoon in if you would like).
4) Place egg whites cut-side up on a serving platter. Pipe the yolk mixture into egg white halves.
5) Enjoy while watch the Red Devils.
