I feel her pain. Called the other week into time Warner (let's be honest they are basically the same company) where I was promised to be refunded for paying 2 DVRs when I only had 1, a technician out on monday to install new equipment, and a $300 visa promotion. Called a few days after when the technician didn't show and was on the phone for 3 hours to learn that they set my technician appointment to auto complete without a technician ever coming, only refunded me $40 (a third of what they promised), and not only am I not getting the visa, they said I never qualified since they changed my service details. Lovely cable companies.
