This is really hard for me to say. I mean, I know we've been together for a long time; but I need to take some time away.

You're causing me too much stress.

And look, I know this isn't the best time for you either; but I need to think of my own needs.

I hope the time apart does both of us wonders. Hopefully the next time we see each other we'll both be in a better place. For our own sake.
