So, going on about this question, did the DEA specifically make the 'Hidden web'? No. So can law enforcement just rush in and act as a vendor to simply get you busted? I would think not. In all honesty, when do we allow governments to take a hold of ideas that they themselves decide to enforce that isn't theirs from the start? I in fact wouldn't be surprised if anonymity exploiters did in fact fight off government usage of the 'Hidden web', would it be against the law then, or would it be attacking an intruder? In fact illegal drugs are illegal, but hey, you can't just use an invented idea without permission to bust out a 'drugee'. So, is the DEA in fact 'Trespassing'?
