"Racist behavior" is an extremely vague term. Do you mean making a rude comment or attempting genocide? What svenskeren did was wrong and stupid, but how long does he have to be labeled as a guy who does "racist shit?" I don't think not shaking sven's hand is as bad as what sven did, but that's really not the issue. Sven took his punishment and hasn't had any more events that I'm aware of, so what seraph did seems petty. There are better ways to address his feelings, though I can somewhat understand his reasoning.
