正直に言えば、ここに泊まる前にあんまり期待してないです。なぜかというと、値段がすごく安いからです。しかし、部屋を入った後、その広くて綺麗なお部屋にびっくりした！こんな安い値段で新宿の中心地の綺麗なマンションに泊まれるのが思わなかったです。駅までの距離も近いし、2番出口から5分程度で、新宿までも徒歩で10分しかかからないです。しかも、さいより駅は丸の内線ですから、どこに行くのも便利です！東京へ旅行しに行くみなさんに大変オススメです！

This apartment is the great place to stay and accurately as in the photo. Clean environment and strategic location. We will definitely book her apartment again when we are in Tokyo.

The details of the apartment are as pictures (exception location per below for further info). The apartment itself is nice and tidy. The key issue is the LOCATION. The listing details are totally misleading: 1)Pictures 29/47 of pic from host saying "8mins walk from JR Shinjuku station" and pic 39/47 "5mins from shinjuku in a JR map". This is not possible, the fastest time walking at midnight would be 17 mins based on google map. Even I walking fast, it takes me 20 mins or more. 2) Pictures 30/47 from the host states "10mins walk from Shinjuku Kabukicho". However, the fastest time walking at midnight would be 17 mins based on google map. Again, it takes 20 mins for walking normally. I made this booking of this apartment is purely due to the location (close to JR as I take the JR everyday) and description of the owner. And such misrepresentation creates the problem that it takes me 20 mins (one way) to go to the shopping main area of shinjuku / JR train station. If location is not the key concern, I would recommend this booking. However, if you would like to live in some areas close to shopping area/JR station, this is not recommend.

This apartment is very spacious (1 adult n 2 teenagers n 3 big luggages). It's also very comfortable, cozy, neat, clean n new, like a home feeling. Although initially difficult to find, after we found the place, to / fro Shinjuku Gyoenmae station (not Shinjuku JR.) takes only 8mins with convenience stores along the way. Also traveling to Ginza, akihabara, ikebukuro, tokyo station from this station (Gyoenmae station) is direct way.

The apartment was spacious, clean and cozy! But we have a little problem during check in. Instruction could be clearer on describing how to open the lock. Please also note that the location showing on map of Airbnb was not accurate. The apartment was actually located two metro stations after the main station Shinjuku. Walking distance is about 10 minutes. However, we still enjoy staying in this apartment.

Room was clean and the portable wifi was very convenient. Checking in was confusing because the instructions were not translated well. Besides that, it was a pleasant stay.
