Hahahaha wait, seriously, we're supposed to believe that this is 'assault'? Left bruises? What the fuck is she made of, apricots? I mean, he said "yanked back violently". I expected at least her, like, walking forward, and an arm darts out and grabs her and pulls hard, enough to make her lose her balance. The guy basically just stood in front of her. She literally doesn't even react.

EDIT: Here's another shot. It's hard to see - watch the slow-mo, then back up to the regular footage and watch carefully. The grab is firm, but obviously not 'assault', but again, she has zero reaction. In fact, while being 'yanked', she still manages to finish asking her question!

I wonder if she would have filed the charges had the campaign handled it differently. I think there was a delay between when it happened and when she filed, and during that time he denied it happened and denegrated her. Regardless, campaigns are not supposed to manhandle people and then lie about it, and it's clear he did both.

I don't think you know what assault is. If you watch the video he grabs her arm and pulls her away from Trump, that is assault and I'm not sure how the law works in the US but in the UK it would probably be assault and battery.
