I find Wimpy to be a depressing representation of typical British businesses. British businesses are always somehow the poor man's version of American brands. They're always inadvertently more expensive, of poorer quality and unadventurous (ie: boring flavours and interiors).

I've lived in Australia and the US. In America, things are either cheap and decent, or extremely expensive but absolutely beyond this world in terms of quality and deliciousness. In Australia, there isn't really a market for low quality crap but even the most basic things are generally of excellent quality - though prices are expensive across the board.

Wimpy is pretty shit yeah, but I don't really get what that has to do with every other food business in the UK. Everywhere has shit restaurants.

You're getting downvoted but I agree. British business always lacks investment and drive, it always compromises and never tries to grow properly.
