Sanders supporters will cling to this and never trust another poll again, so it will be unbearable all the way through to the convention.

This is so annoying. I can't stand these people. And I can't believe that so many Democrats are falling for this socialist hack. What has become of the party? What a joke. I've tried several times in the past month to get off of social media, to no avail. This might push me over the edge. I really need to take a break from this shit. I hate his shills more than I hate him, which is saying something. I really wanted this smackdown in Michigan. You have failed me Nate Silver.

Yeah they'll notice the one wrong poll and ignore the 100 right polls.

I agree, I guess we are about to see a new Tea Party of the Left.

God, now I know what it must have felt like to have been a moderate republican earlier this decade.

That's the thing. These people mostly aren't Democrats. A lot of the more passionate Bernie folks think the Democrats are the same as the Republicans. Among registered Democrats, Hillary's kicking Bernie's ass.

This is why I think this whole idea of Hillary winning over Bernie supporters should she take the nomination is nonsense. She needs to pull a play out of George W. Bush's playbook and just appeal to the people who already like her. She may get some support from Bernie's base, but a lot of those voters will never vote for an "establishment" politician under any circumstances.

Just ignore them and realize they're out of touch and naive.

Its mostly indeps and young white fairweather liberal kids. My understanding is that he does poorly among non newly-registered Democrats.

I'd bet that most people here feel the same way. I'm meh on Sanders and think he'd be four years of shouty lame duck goodness, but his spamdernistas I fucking cannot stand.

In hindsight not that surprising. Michigan is super open and has a history of stupid crossover vote shennanigans, and going into it a lot of that was targeted against Trump and Hill. Trump was unstumped, and Hillary didn't lose by many delegates so its w/e.
