I have very little memory of Dragon quest 4 xD
I think the last time I actually played this/watched someone play it was when i was like 5 or 6 years old. Kiryl was the only person they included from Dragon quest 4 into Dragon quest Heroes that I actually agreed with on the voice... Alena's was higher pitched and kind of annoying, I didn't agree with Maya's at all...
well, I can't say that, there was a small part in Dragon Quest Heroes where Psaro came in wasn't there? Like not as a see-able character but I swear that was his dialog box at one point in the game, while climbing the world tree, both times he showed up and at one point Yangus said something to him, if it WAS him and I'm not mistaken, then his voice wasnt that bad either but... I don't agree with what they did.

Not a fan of how they changed it, but this kinda makes me wish they'd redo the entire game line up to this point and make it all like free world roaming and updated, i love how they finally did the monster system in Dragon quest Heroes, where it's not random and you can just see them coming and you could just get it over with quickly. It's the one thing that annoyed me about the older games, but they also took away free roaming for Heroes.
could have been their best game yet, but they decided not to mingle the two together.

I wish he would remake this song with better quality voices... It's really good it could just use some touch-up to sound less like a fan video.

i never thougt i'd be watching dragon quest characters sing you can't stop the beat and i just- well this is such an odd feel.

Hey, a quick note: during the second verse, after the 'To search for a bigger something', you have Meena's and Maya's tect-colours swapped.
Just thought I'd letcha know.
Beyond that, the song's awesome. Excellent work from Hyadain, as usual. :)

+Swotsy Agreed. I loved both Dragon Quest IV and V for different reasons. I think the theme of Dragon Quest IV was how completely different people from all across the globe could work together to save the world. I think the theme of Dragon Quest V was legacy, as it was one of the few games that spanned across over 20 years and 3 generations.

God, all of Hyadain's songs are so fun. And this makes me want to play DQIV. And watch Hairspray, and I hate that movie

+EuropaHistoria This song got me interested in DQ4 and so I got the DS version too. I've never beaten a DQ game before, but this game really is something special. All the characters are so unique, and the way the world feels is just so different from many games I've played up until now. I may translate his other DQ songs, so please watch for them if you're interested ^^

The tag "hair" should probably read "hairspray," since "you can't stop the beat" is from the musical "Hairspray." "Hair" is a different musical entirely.

What is it that's written on the 3:59 mark? I think the hero is saying "Come back!" in Engrish but I can't really make out what the rest is. I'm guessing it's about the wounded Zenithian you encounter on the World Tree in pursuit of the Zenithian Sword and Doran going back to Zenithia.
