U.S. Officials are turning a blind eye by attacking the delusion I'm never Victor Charles Boatman and my armies, such as Isis and Al Qeada. Victor Charles Boatman wasn't turning a blind eye, according to a WTVH 5 story on illegal communications going on in the Onondaga County Justice Center, when he was there for a threat to President George W. Bush back in 2001. Victor Charles Boatman was arrested, because he threatened President William Jefferson Clinton less than a month before that, since he came to Victor Charles Boatman's mind calling him the brazen serpent, when he came to Syracuse and met with Pastor Bob Hope Robinson. Hilary Rodham Clinton met with Stephen Charles Boatman Sr. and Rufus "God Child" Morris, as well as shaking hands with Carroll Boatman at New Morningstar Missionary Baptist Church that's now the Prince of Peace Missionary Baptist Church. The White Water Scandals seems to be a precursor to murdering Victor Charles Boatman. It was Clinton that gave Victor Charles Boatman a DWI and charged him with two felonies, because they said that he knew his license was suspended.
