I usually lift around 500~ frame a day. It is getting more difficult as time passes as my SMV goes up because I have females eyeballing me at the gym.

At the rate my SMV is increasing, at 50 I will have over 45,000,000 females chasing me, by the time I am 80 I will have entire alien races of feminists and post-wallians travelling from distant galaxies to have a chance with me.

I am currently injured from weightlifting and need to recover. According to redpill, should I hide at home until I can lift again or should I still try to go out and talk to people and females? Alternatively, I could go full alpha and outcome independently keep on lifting, as an ultimate self-applied shit test. Will my frame balance out the injury or will I end up in the hospital?

If you go to the hospital, you can dread game the nurses until they don't know whether you hit the clicker because you had an actual request or whether you just wanted to show them a shit-eating grin.

Then you can next them, and smarmily fill the bedpan, living RooshV's dream of not wiping yourself.
