I agree, but just to clarify:
  1. entering the U.S. without inspection is a federal misdemeanor
  2. entering the U.S. without inspection multiple times could be a a federal felony
  3. staying in the U.S. longer than authorized (expired visa) is not a criminal violation

You are the stupid type that thinks mexican immigrants are responsible for all the evil in the USA because Trump told you so. Never mind the fact the immigration from Mexico is net zero and more mexicans are leaving the country than entering it. Never mind that the service industry relies heavily on their work to keep prices down for everyone. Never mind that they don't have any rights and can be deported at any time as soon as they complain or try to get a raise. Never mind that they are people just like me and you that are being forced out of their country because of the drug war the USA has started. A lot of fucking assumptions buddy. Sorry people like myself who ARE liberal, who believe in democratic processes, find ILLEGAL immigration to be a slap in the face of those who worked to get here. There are borders, and border laws for a reason. You have a fence around your yard I assume right? Can I just come squat at your place for as long as I want since you seem to have no issue with people coming in the U.S. without any sort of checks or balances right?
