Probably problem with their backend. You do know you can use the very same account(s) with different wallets than mytrezor...

nope, how is that possible? so you're saying there are other websites than mytrezor where it prompts you to enter your pin, passphrase, and then it will load my trezor wallets so I can send/recieve?

I don't know about another webwallet, but here is a list of alternative wallets and their Trezor compatible features: https://doc.satoshilabs.com/trezor-apps/index.html#using-trezor-with-bitcoin-and-altcoin-wallets

It is possible because a) they support communication with the device b) the seed is in the device, signing is done by the device, the wallet "only" provides blockchain interaction, so to speak.

Btw, if you have an Android device, you could use Mycelium with Trezor with an OTG USB cable.

Happening exactly the same as OP is describing. Also tried to put 24 seed word in electrum and didnt let me continue, is that the expected behaviour? are they compatible?

Edit: solved for now using electrum with trevor as dadoj´s link suggests.

That's not how you use the Trezor with Electrum. You import the Trezor as a hardware wallet. Electrum will then ask the Trezor to sign the transactions. By entering the seed into your online computer you may have compromised the seed (and your Trezor). It would be best to move the funds to another wallet, wipe your Trezor, create a new seed, and send the funds back.

Thank you very much for the information.

Same problem here.
