I was about to give up on myself. 10 years of lonely struggles to stay on my path, years of living in a dark basement getting through immigration status updates, solely depending on a person who promised me a bright future.....but that day he told me he wouldn't be with me anymore. That day... I wanted give it all up. As I was losing my consciousness, I was seeing someone standing right in front of me. As I was looking up, I realized the person who was reaching out to me was....me. Please don't give up. Get up and move forward. I won't let you fall and die. Because I love you Yoona.. I put myself together and start taking pictures of the images I had seen in my dreams. I got back on my path. It'd been already chosen for me. I just need to stay on it and keep moving forward. Once I started embracing myself, I started recognizing people around me who've been always there for me. I want to fill my life with love for them. Please don't forget to love yourself no matter what. And there was my mom who understood what I was going through. It is precious to acknowledge what your heart feels. We often forget to pay attention to what we feel deep inside. Even if it is a feeling of a sadness it is still valuable..... let it hurt. The purest whose first priority has been always love, who has thought me how to live, I am becoming more like you.
