I doubt that you are a fit with AirBnB. Air hosts are in the hospitality business and you don't sound too much like a hospitable guy / gal.

Ideally an AirBnB host enjoys meeting people from all over the world, from different cultures, with different religions, different ideals. Having an open mind about guests is what makes it fun and stops it being just a boring job.

There may be a suitable platform for you somewhere on the internet but I doubt that AirBnB is the one.

Not sure if troll, but I will answer.

Discriminating someone based on religion, sexual or racial basis is strictly against the Airbnb TOS. You may call it "philosophical or genetic ideas" but it sounds just like racism or at the very least bigotry.

Airbnb is supposed to be a community, a welcoming one. Your attitude seems less than welcoming. If that is the case then you should probably look for another platform.

I am not a racist. In fact, I'm Indonesian. However, certain allele types have a higher proclivity to crime and violence. It'd be in my best interest to limit these occupants. I wouldn't outright deny individuals in these groups, as some can have high trust rates. However, I would be more cautious and possibly ask about their economic, career, or sexual history.

That being said, I would never allow Communists or Statists. These people choose to live a life of lying and stealing and are not welcome to destroy my home or community. I simply want to know if I have to dance around the issue or if I can ask them if they belong to low trust groups.

I agree with one thing, you aren't racist. Although, you are a bigot.

A person who by definition is a person who is intolerant toward those holding different opinions. Beyond the whole buisness aspect of Airbnb, it is a community. One fostered on an air of open mindedness, which seems like you do not have.

It would appear to me that you would not be a good fit for our community.

I am AnCap. I believe in freedom and liberty. I am very open minded. But just as you wouldn't allow a wolf into a henhouse, I won't allow a thief and rapist into my bastion of freedom.

I agree, if I owned a hen I certainly wouldn't allow a fox in there.

Although, I can tell the difference between a fox and a chicken pretty easily, as one is a bird and the other a mammal. People on the other hand are all just people...

Turning away "Foxes" from your "hen house" would be considered discrimination, no matter how you mask it in colorful metaphor.

I'm sorry you have such a naive view of people that you trust all to be 'chickens'. Communists and Statists support rape and murder all in the name of 'progress'. Maybe AirBnB isn't for me. I didn't think it would be full of people so willing to give up their liberty and earned rewards.

I'm with the other comments. You're not even hosting yet and you're already trying to work out as best as possible how you get people kicked out from your potential listing.

Dont bother going to Airbnb. You wont last long.

I would rather not admit them, than have to kick them out. But ultimately it is my property and I have the final say. I don't wish to use violence but will secure my safety at all costs.

Your stance sounds discriminatory and therefore illegal.

Really. Don't get into hosting. It won't last long and you might end up in prison. Your attitude is 100% incompatible. You are meant to be a host hosting guests in your home. If you try to find reasons to get rid of people every time someone wants to book with you, you will, and you'll be an awful host.

Really don't bother.

You are right. You have a legal right to deny admittance to whoever you want to your home. The problem is that airbnb is a business and by advertising on it you must follow business rules. Your home is no longer a home but a business. And to that extent, discrimination - racial, sexual or religious - is very illegal in most countries.

I don't think you would do well on Airbnb. We hosts live and die by the ratings we get from our guests. I don't understand some of the terms you are using, but you seem quite eager to eject your guests (or worse, whatever that means). You would get bad reviews if you did that, and soon no one would want to stay with you. What's the point?

[–]bad_driverman[S] -1ポイント0ポイント  (0子コメント)

The point is I want to make money, but don't want to accommodate those that would wish for my rape and theft. I would only eject people that support rape, murder, Statism and miscegenation.
